About The Position

Join our nursing night crew at Saint Luke's South, Overland Park, KS. We are hiring for the Progressive Care Unit. Experienced RNs and New Graduates with ADN, Diploma, and BSN qualifications are welcome to apply. Open RN positions offer full-time 12-hour night shifts. For a limited time, there is eligibility for a sign-on bonus ($20,000 for RN, $12,500 for new grads). Benefits are available starting the first month after your start date. In a hospital setting, you will be accountable for utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff. You will also be responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process in patient care.
