About The Position
Looking for a change? Join our Med Surg Intermediate Float Pool at Saint Luke's South in Overland Park, KS. Full time day shift Rotate weekends/holidays Benefits eligible Float Pay incentive Will float to all four entities as well as Smithville. Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures. Tier 1 will work at one entity.
Requirements
- 1 year Applicable Experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Associate Degree
