About The Position

Step into a dynamic leadership role as a Registered Nurse House Supervisor with the Clinical Resource Team , where you’ll oversee nursing personnel and patient care across all inpatient units during your designated shift. Serving as the key administrative and clinical decision-maker, you’ll provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across the organization. This role also maintains a strong hands-on component, floating as a bedside nurse to medical–surgical units across the three Quad City campuses based on skill level. As a member of the interdisciplinary care team, you’ll apply advanced nursing knowledge and clinical expertise while fostering a practice environment grounded in the ANA Code of Ethics, UnityPoint Health’s Philosophy of Nursing, and the Professional Nurse Practice Model. Requirements

• Education: Diploma from an RN program.
• Experience: Two years of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency.
• License(s)/Certification(s): Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
• Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must possess and maintain current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification within 6 months of hire.

• Assess the needs of patients and families, providing appropriate teaching and making the necessary referrals to provide continuity of care.
