About The Position

Join our compassionate and dedicated homecare team as a Registered Nurse (RN), where you'll provide expert care to adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while delivering the highest standards of clinical practice in a supportive and healing environment. As an RN in home health, you’ll work autonomously to provide personalized care, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies. Using advanced technology, evidence-based practice, and therapeutic interventions, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary health team to coordinate care that meets each patient’s unique needs. Requirements

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
• Current driver’s license, insured and reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within 4 years of their start date.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Two years working as an RN
• Previous experience in an Acute Care, Home Health, or Hospice setting
