About The Position
We are seeking a sharp, motivated, and dedicated Registered Nurse with Home Health experience (required) to join our growing 5-star home health care team. As a Home Health RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes. You will report directly to the Director of Nursing and travel to patients’ homes throughout the East Valley. Requirements
- Home Health experience (required)
- Availability at least 3–4 days per week
- One weekend day required
Responsibilities
- Wound care and wound VAC management
- Infusion therapy
- Ostomy care
- Comprehensive patient assessments
- Catheterization and IV insertion
- Accurate documentation using EHR systems
- Effective communication with patients, families, and the care team
