About The Position

Work 1:1 in pediatric home health with steady full-time hours at $40/hr.
Location/Type: DFW Region • Onsite (in-home visits)
DFW-based, rural coverage — primarily Cooke, Fannin, Navarro, Hill, Bosque counties; also considering candidates in Denton, Grayson, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Hunt, Hood if willing to commute
Pay: $40/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 36–40 hrs/week

Requirements

• Active Texas RN license
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• Available 36–40 hrs/week
• Able to travel within assigned counties
• Comfortable in pediatric home health
• Comfortable working in home settings

Nice To Haves

• KanTime EMR or EVV experience
• Prior home health experience
• Bilingual Spanish

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in patient homes
• Follow care plans and clinical protocols
• Monitor vitals, meds, and home equipment
• Chart visits in KanTime EMR
• Coordinate with families and clinical team
• Support safe care transitions
• Build trust with pediatric patients and caregivers
