Registered Nurse - Home Health
About The Position
Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care and hospice care (if applicable at location) of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions. Education Qualifications: Education as required for state licensure. This position will work the following: 64 hours per pay period Day Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM On call Evenings, Nights, and Weekends
Requirements
- Current nursing licensure in state (s) of employment. May be required to hold multiple state licensures, depending upon work location
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire
- Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency
- Proof of current motor vehicle insurance
