About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice, and coordination of care with other health team members. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation and a clean driving record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within 4 years of their start date at Intermountain

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Two years working as an RN
  • Previous experience in an Acute Care, Home Health, or Hospice setting

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care of patients
