Pay Rate: Approximately starting at $40/hr (varies by visit type) Service Areas: Riverview Sun City Ruskin Apollo Beach About the Position We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with OASISE , be confident performing Start of Care (SOC) visits, and be wellversed in Medicare home health guidelines .
Requirements
- Active Florida RN license
- OASISE experience required
- Comfortable completing Start of Care (SOC) visits
- Solid understanding of Medicare documentation and regulations
- Level 2 Background Screening (fingerprints) required
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation for field visits
- Strong communication, organization, and assessment skills
- One year of Home Health experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge assessments
- Document accurately in compliance with OASISE and Medicare standards
- Deliver highquality skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
- Travel within the Riverview, Sun City, Ruskin, and Apollo Beach areas
