About the position

The Registered Nurse - Home Health position involves providing care to patients in their homes. The contractor will be responsible for managing patient care, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring quality patient outcomes. The role requires experience in home health and familiarity with EMR systems, specifically HCHB. The position is based in Little Rock, AR, covering the territories of Little Rock and Searcy, AR. The assignment is typically for 13 weeks, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, including a monthly weekend rotation and one on-call shift per week.
