About The Position

Responsible for day to day operations, planning, supervision and oversight of operational improvement toward the overall quality and patient care for the assigned office. Will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate home care services for patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct supervision of staff for the assigned location which may include hiring, performance management, training, work assignments and scheduling. He/she assumes responsibility for the delivery of care that is in compliance with Joint Commission and other applicable Federal, State, Professional, Regulatory and/or accrediting agency standards under the direction of the Home Health Director.

Requirements

  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
  • 2 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current nursing licensure in state (s) of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
  • Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency
  • Proof of current motor vehicle insurance
