About The Position
Join AdvisaCare as a Registered Nurse Home Health Clinical Manager! We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Home Health Clinical team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this full-time role, you will oversee clinical staff education, training, and supervision to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients in their homes. This role requires a motivated self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Requirements
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse License.
- Valid CPR certification and up-to-date TB test.
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening.
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
- Reliable transportation with a valid Michigan Driver’s License and auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health care experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the clinical team, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate and conduct staff education and onboarding programs.
- Monitor clinical visits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Perform regular field visits within the AdvisaCare service area.
