About The Position

Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse. This position is PRN with flexible hours and is located at Sentara Home Care Services in Williamsburg, VA, requiring travel within a 40-mile radius. The role offers market-competitive compensation packages, including base pay, incentives, and benefits. The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care for specific patient populations. This individual will manage a patient caseload through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care, and must possess the clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards required by specific clinical areas.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
• A valid RN license in state(s) of practice is required
• Associate's Degree (Required)
• RN (Required) - Active in Virginia
• 1 year of nursing experience (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Previous Home Care/Hospice experience (Preferred)
