About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Prestige Care Services, LLC involves providing on-call nursing care in a home health setting. Requirements

• Current, valid Registered Nurse License with the NC Board of Nursing.
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience in home care or a licensed provider.
• Bachelor's degree in health, business, or public administration with at least one year of supervisory or management experience in home care or other licensed health care program.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• 1 year of nursing experience (Preferred)
• Ability to commute to Fayetteville, NC (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serve in an on-call capacity as needed.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments of clients for personal care services, companion sitter, and respite.
• Supervise in-home aides as required.
• Develop and update plans of care for clients.
• Monitor patient care and communicate with appropriate team members.
• Follow Prestige Care Services policies and procedures.
