About The Position

The Registered Nurse in the Hemodialysis Program at Pali Momi Medical Center is responsible for providing professional and compassionate nursing services to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment. This role involves assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of patient care, while also supporting the charge nurse and gradually taking on charge nurse responsibilities. The position is integral to the cohesive team of specially trained nurses and certified technicians dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a state-of-the-art facility.

Requirements

• Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card.
• One (1) year recent acute care Registered Nurse experience in Hemodialysis.

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years recent Registered Nurse experience in Hemodialysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services in the Hemodialysis program.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care.
• Function as an associate to the charge nurse and assume charge nurse responsibilities over time.
• Utilize the latest technologies to ensure safe and efficient hemodialysis treatments.
• Collaborate with a team of specially trained nurses and certified technicians.
