Requirements

• Minimum of one year of RN experience
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
• Associates of Nursing (ASN)
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred
• Chemo experience as a plus
• ONC Certification

Responsibilities

• Symptom Management of Disease Process
• Care Navigation and care management
• Utilize tools for Prior Authorization, Insurance risk/denial, work with all disciplines of healthcare for patient care needs
• Apply critical thinking skills
• Perform Peripheral IV and Vascular Access Device skills
• Provide patient and family education
