Position Overview We are seeking an Onsite Health Coach (RN) to join our team and provide high‑quality, evidence‑based health coaching to employees in their workplace setting. In this role, you will assess individual health needs, develop personalized action plans, and deliver continuous support and education to help members achieve sustainable health and wellness goals. This is an onsite position based in Winston‑Salem, North Carolina. It is not a remote role. Training will occur remotely over six to eight weeks, after which the Health Coach will be required to work onsite. You will be supported by both Aetna leadership and the client’s onsite health promotion team. Role Summary The Health Coach Consultant (RN) uses a collaborative, member‑centered approach—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to engage, educate, and empower members in achieving and maintaining optimal health.
