About The Position

The position is responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The role involves using evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and skilled communication to lead efforts in creating the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in gastrointestinal services or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with evidence-based practice in nursing.
• Certification in a relevant specialty area.
