About The Position

The Registered Nurse at Ideal Image is responsible for providing safe and effective aesthetic treatments while ensuring a premium experience for clients. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment, in good standing.
• Proficient in computer and tablet skills, including MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day and perform fine finger movements.
• Exceptional teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work client-centered shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in esthetic laser treatment.
• Sales experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Actively recommend, promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services and products.
• Evaluate client's suitability for treatments and educate them on the treatment process, including pre and post-treatment guidelines.
• Ensure client safety and efficacy of treatments through continuous education and training.
• Document client treatment records accurately and thoroughly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in problem-solving to provide appropriate service solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, including cleaning and stocking supplies.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet clinic goals.
• Manage and drive sales initiatives and develop strategies to retain clients and improve service.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, checking in and out clients, and processing payments.
