About The Position

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment, in good standing.
• Proficient in computer and tablet skills, including MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day and perform steady fine finger movements.
• Exceptional teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong documentation skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
• Flexibility to work client-centered shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales within a medical or aesthetic environment.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively recommend, promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services and products.
• Evaluate client's suitability for treatments and educate them on the treatment process, including pre and post-treatment guidelines.
• Ensure client safety and efficacy of treatments through continuous education and training.
• Document client treatment records accurately and thoroughly.
• Provide world-class customer service to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, including cleaning and stocking supplies.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company and clinic goals.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators through consultative sales approaches.
• Manage and drive sales initiatives in partnership with the Clinic Manager.
• Assist in answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
