About The Position

The Registered Nurse at Ideal Image is responsible for providing safe and effective aesthetic treatments while ensuring a premium experience for clients. This role involves performing non-invasive aesthetic services, educating clients on treatment processes, and maintaining high standards of care and customer service. The position requires collaboration with sales and operations teams to meet clinic goals and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment, in good standing.
• Proficient in computer and tablet skills, including MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day and perform fine finger movements.
• Exceptional teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work client-centered shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in aesthetic treatments or medical aesthetics.
• Sales experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting.

Responsibilities

• Actively recommend, promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services and products.
• Evaluate client's suitability for treatments and educate them on the treatment process, including pre and post-treatment guidelines.
• Ensure client safety and efficacy of treatments through continuous education and training.
• Document client treatment records accurately and thoroughly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in problem-solving to provide appropriate service solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, including cleaning and stocking supplies.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company and clinic goals.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators through consultative sales approaches.
• Manage and drive sales initiatives in partnership with the Clinic Manager.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and processing payments.
