About The Position

Hartgrove Hospital is seeking dynamic Registered Nurses to provide professional nursing care in a behavioral health setting. This role involves working in a team-oriented environment dedicated to the healing and health of patients, with a focus on trauma-informed care and neuropsychiatry. Requirements

• Current license to practice nursing in Illinois (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit.
• Prescribe, coordinate, and delegate nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis.
• Promote and enhance professional nursing practice on the unit.
• Initiate restraints or seclusion and assess continuation as necessary.
