Warren Haven is currently looking for a RN Supervisor to join our team. Warren Haven is the premier and longest serving Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Warren County. We specialize in long term and short-term skilled nursing, rehabilitation, dementia specialized and respite care. This is a GREAT opportunity for you! Sign on Bonus $5000 for Full Time and $2500 for Part Time.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Must hold a Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Able to Communicate Clearly in Verbally and in Writing
• Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Long term care experience and strong Bedside Manner
• Ability to work together in Supporting a Team Atmosphere

Responsibilities

• Complete Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Maintain Nursing guidelines and establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their families
• Provide information to Residents and Staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintain Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department records
• Maintain nursing supplies inventory and other responsibilities as required
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
