The nurse will collect, assess, and evaluate patient health data to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with the NJ Nurse Practice Act and established protocols. Additionally, the nurse will utilize EMR and other systems to document care accurately and efficiently, participate in shared governance, and contribute to process improvements focused on patient safety, quality, and efficiency.
