About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process in a collaborative manner to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with his/her scope of practice. The RN supports the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within the St. Joseph's Healthcare System and on his/her assigned unit.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to provide nursing care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care provided.
