About The Position

Requirements

• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational skills and professionalism in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to physicians and mid-level providers.
• Document patient history and prepare patients for exams.
• Provide clear directions to patients and address their concerns.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain adequate supplies in exam rooms and workstations.
• Clean and disinfect exam rooms and sterilize equipment as needed.
• Assist with patient requests and the referral process.
• Interact with the Central Billing Office to resolve patient issues.
