About The Position

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow the guidelines in the APWHC Policy and Procedure Manual and the Laboratory Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Work in all medical departments and perform nursing duties across the clinic.
• Conduct monthly emergency Banyan Kit supply reviews.
• Review work assigned to CNAs/CMAs/PCAs, ensuring all required information is obtained and properly charted.
• Collaborate with the physician on duty and carry out orders as given.
• Manage medications for patients pre- or post-operatively according to the Doctor Protocol Manual.
• Discuss any patient abnormal vital signs or medical conditions with the physician prior to medicating.
• Maintain accurate records for 40-50 patients seen daily.
