About The Position
Lonestar Oncology in TX is looking for an experienced infusion RN to float between our two clinics! This position does require a split schedule of M,W,F in Georgetown, TX & Tu,Th in Kyle, TX. Provides safe, accurate and efficient patient care, including but not limited to: patient assessment, review of labs and vital signs, medication safety, dose verification, and drug administration. Follows all Job Breakdown Instructions (JBIs) associated with role. Provides triage care when necessary. Communicates patient condition effectively to multidisciplinary team members.
