How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead Patient Care: Take ownership of the patient journey by implementing, monitoring, and adapting comprehensive care plans, ensuring the highest level of direct nursing care. Coordinate the Team: Serve as the central coordinator, connecting and guiding all clinical disciplines to ensure patient care is seamless, efficient, and well-coordinated. Be a Clinical Expert: Execute and meticulously document physician and nursing orders while constantly monitoring and communicating the patient's condition to the care team. Holistic Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to proactively meet all of the patient's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
