You will have the unique ability to "float" between several different areas across the nursing spectrum. (Med Surg, Cardiac Neuro, PCU) HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is a 221-bed acute care hospital. We serve the communities of Seminole and West Volusia County. At HCA Healthcare, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life. We are a Level II Trauma Center. We provide the only full-service cardiovascular program. Our program offers open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology. Electrophysiology, cardiac rehabilitation, and comprehensive diagnostic services are also offered by this program. Other services that we provide include orthopedic and spine care, as well as robotic surgery. We offer acute inpatient medical rehabilitation and complete imaging services. Requirements

Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
