Beth Israel Deaconess Milton is seeking per diem, dynamic and talented Registered Nurses for various shifts. The Registered Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager and is responsible for the total nursing care of patients within assigned unit. This position is per-diem, various shifts (Day, Evening, Night, Weekend) Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN required. Experience: 2 years’ experience required Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing Skills/Certification: BLS required, ACLS preferred with American Heart Association only Pay Range: $36.00 - $90.14 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
