About The Position
CentraCare invites passionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will work in various units across the hospital. This variety helps you gain a wide range of clinical experiences and skills while offering a rewarding career with opportunities for professional growth, flexibility, and the chance to make a significant impact across various patient care settings. “The Float Pool provides a valuable resource to the St. Cloud Hospital. We provide high quality, consistent coverage to ill calls and high census points. We want to guarantee that patients get the care they deserve and staff get the help required to provide high level care. We make sure staff who are invested in our hospital and community are here taking care of those in need. We have very flexible staff that put patient care as a top priority. They feel the Float Pool is all about being a phenomenal team player. Each day is something different. It’s not boring and always challenges you to learn new things. Orientation is never over as we have staff who have been with us for over 10 years that may opt to add another area to go to. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
- Current Minnesota RN License required
- BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired
- Previous nursing experience is preferred
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required

- Pay based on experience and degree
- Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
- Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
- Master’s in nursing starting at $43.43per hour
- Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour
