Requirements

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State ofFloridaor able to obtain licensure prior to start isrequired
2years'of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
CurrentBLSrequired
Current ACLSpreferred,requiredwithin 6 months of hire
BSN is preferred
Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree

Responsibilities

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
Provideplan basedcare with a commitment to continuous improvement
