Requirements

• 1 year of RN experience in a home setting required OR 1 year of RN experience in school setting/pediatrics.
• Active NYS RN license and registration.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Support patients for a few days or weeks after surgery with wound care, pain management, and safe mobility.
• Provide 1:1 school cases, building/sub/floater roles, or home care for children with complex needs.
• Deliver long-term, 1:1 skilled care in the home for patients with chronic or complex conditions (trach/vent, g-tube, wound care).
