About The Position

The Clinical Nurse, First Assist is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing management during the perioperative phase, functioning as a scrub, circulator, or RN First Assist. This role involves assisting the operating surgeon during procedures and ensuring high-quality patient care throughout the surgical process.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Certified Perioperative Nurse certification required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Successful completion of RN first assistant education program required.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in surgical services required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operating surgeon during operative procedures.
• Function as a scrub, circulator, or RN First Assist as needed.
• Provide comprehensive nursing management of care to patients during the perioperative phase.
