About The Position

As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA), you will complete Long Term Care insurance assessments. These hands-off assessments involve obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluating the claimant’s functional level of independence. The assessment process also includes a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant’s ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. The ideal candidate should be technologically savvy and capable of using a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet for real-time documentation. Requirements

Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
Current CPR certification
Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
Proven ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

Nice To Haves
