About The Position

The Nurse Fellowship program is specifically designed for nurses with more than one year of experience seeking to switch into a different specialty. Summer 2026 Cohort - Start Dates June 22, 2026 and July 20, 2026 Deliver compassionate nursing care in alignment with organizational standards to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality, and evidence-based treatment. Collaborate with the care team by communicating vital health observations to Registered Nurses, ensuring a seamless and responsive journey for the patient. Execute medical orders with precision to drive positive clinical outcomes and maintain the integrity of the patient’s personalized care plan. Monitor and document patient progress to provide a clear, accurate narrative of their recovery and alert the team to any critical changes in real-time. Master clinical judgment by participating in professional transition programs, turning your hands-on experience into the advanced critical thinking skills needed for a long-term nursing career. Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an Registered Nurse role.
