How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver compassionate nursing care in alignment with established safety standards to ensure every patient receives high-quality, person-centered treatment. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team by observing and communicating vital patient information to Registered Nurses, ensuring a seamless and responsive care journey. Execute clinical orders with precision by assisting with the documentation and implementation of physician and nursing plans to drive positive patient outcomes. Monitor and record patient progress to provide a clear narrative of their recovery and alert the care team to critical changes in real-time. Refine your clinical expertise by participating in transition-to-practice programs designed to sharpen your clinical judgment and prepare you for long-term career success.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
