Job Summary We are seeking an experienced full time (40 hour/week) RN with prior phone triage experience to support a hybrid nursing team. This is a strictly phone-based triage role. The role is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week in the office, with a greater on-site presence during the first few weeks for onboarding. Schedule options include four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts (8:00–4:30). Epic experience is a strong plus. Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment. Requirements

• Associate's Degree Nursing required
• Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
• Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
• Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred
• Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
• Epic experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
