About The Position

Provide high-quality nursing care in strict accordance with the health-care organization’s established policies, procedures, and clinical protocols. Implement, manage, and continuously monitor individualized patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Observe and record vital signs and clinical status, promptly communicating any changes in patient condition to the appropriate medical staff. Act as the primary liaison across multiple clinical disciplines to ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient care. Accurately note and execute all physician and nursing orders with precision. Assess patient needs and collaborate with the health-care team to develop and implement comprehensive discharge and transition plans.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
