The Registered Nurse Endoscopy Per Diem will: Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy Meticulously document all aspects of patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• One (1) year of experience preferred
• BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification obtained during clinical orientation
• ECG course completed during clinical orientation
• Procedural Sedation course completed during clinical orientation

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care
