The nurse will work three 12-hour shifts one week, then three 12-hour shifts plus one 8-hour shift the following week. This role includes every other weekend coverage or adjusted scheduling based on patient care and unit needs. The position requires a nurse who can start immediately and adapt to a fast-paced emergency care environment. Floating is not required. Because public transportation is not accessible in this area, reliable personal or rental transportation is strongly recommended. During winter months, vehicles should be equipped for seasonal driving conditions.
