About The Position
ER at Damonte Ranch provides 24/7 emergency care in a convenient setting. As a full-service emergency room, the facility is capable of treating life-threatening injuries as well as less urgent issues. The facility delivers the same high-quality care as our hospital ER. ER at Damonte Ranch is staffed with a skilled team, including emergency-trained physicians, nurses, and imaging and laboratory staff. The ER is easily accessible and has ample parking, and features a wide range of capabilities and technology. This ER Registered Nurse opportunity is full time at 36 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient nightshift schedule. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will provide professional nursing care within the Emergency Department; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care. Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs of patients, as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system. Communicates with ED physicians regarding changes in patient's status, symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
