About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses to join a high-acuity ER setting. The ideal candidate will have strong emergency nursing experience, the ability to manage critical patients, and experience working in fast-paced trauma environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Active RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• NIHSS certification required
• TNCC required (must be in hand)
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Strong critical thinking and trauma care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
• Manage high-acuity cases including stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, and respiratory failure
• Perform triage and patient stabilization
• Administer medications and emergency interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Respond effectively to critical and life-threatening situations
• Float as required within emergency care areas
