The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, all while supporting the vision of being the region's most trusted healthcare partner. As the primary caregiver, the Staff Nurse, RN delivers direct patient care and collaborates with other care team members, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role involves access to confidential patient information and requires independent decision-making as well as collaborative efforts. The Staff Nurse, RN reports directly to the Nurse Manager and indirectly to the Director of Nursing.
