The Emergency Department (ED) at Frankfort cares for patients of all ages in a 10-bed unit with a 5/6 to one nurse/patient ratio, supported by a house supervisor. Nurses in this unit care for patients requiring IV medication drips, stroke patients, calling and running codes, and orthopedics.
