About The Position

They are also tasked with ongoing Point-of-Care electronic documentation, which includes assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations of the care provided. Education is another critical component of this role, as nurses are expected to provide patient and family-centered education aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and effective disease management. Furthermore, the role includes multi-disciplinary discharging of patients to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care.
