About The Position

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Methodist Health System is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients during night shifts. This role involves direct and indirect patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and supervise other team members to ensure age-appropriate care in accordance with unit standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• At least 6 months of RN experience is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
