About The Position

Making a Direct Impact on Patient Care Driving Personalized Care: You will be at the heart of the care journey, expertly implementing and continuously monitoring individualized patient care plans to ensure optimal results and patient comfort. Vigilant Oversight & Communication: Serve as a dedicated patient advocate by accurately monitoring and recording patient conditions, then communicating critical updates to the broader clinical team in a clear and professional manner. Executing Clinical Directives: You will ensure the precise and timely execution of physician and nursing orders, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in every action. Leading Collaborative Care & Transitions The Hub of Care Coordination: You will be the primary link, orchestrating efforts across all clinical disciplines to guarantee a truly integrated and seamless care experience for every patient. Mastering the Transition: Proactively assess and coordinate all aspects of the patient's discharge plan, working alongside the healthcare team to ensure a smooth, confident, and well-prepared transition home

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • 2 years ED experience or Critical care- ACLS and PALS
