About The Position

Deliver high-quality nursing care by implementing and monitoring specialized health care plans, ensuring patient stability and safety in a fast-paced emergency environment. Serve as the primary liaison between physicians and diverse clinical teams, advocating for patients to ensure all orders are executed with precision and care is seamlessly integrated. Expertly assess, record, and communicate evolving patient conditions, utilizing clinical expertise to identify critical changes and adapt interventions in real-time. Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate comprehensive discharge needs, ensuring patients have the resources and support required for successful transitions of care.

Requirements

  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
